WIN RUNNER

Setup
After installing WinRunner 8.0, previous versions of WinRunner installed on the same computer may show unexpected behavior.
Workaround: Do not install WinRunner 8.0 on a computer in which you intend to continue using previous versions of WinRunner. Install WinRunner 8.0 on another computer or on a different operating system on the same computer.
You cannot install WinRunner 8.0 in a path containing special characters such as European letters (for example, ö, à, ç) or multi-byte characters. This is due to a limitation in the Windows operating systems.
When installing WinRunner on a Windows Terminal Server or Citrix operating system, the following message may be displayed after you restart the machine:
"You are attempting to open a file of type 'Application Extension' (.dll)".
Workaround: Click Cancel to close the message box. Search the computer for files named lsprst7.dll and tmpPrst.dll (they will be located in a Startup folder) and remove them.
When installing WinRunner on a disk of 2 gigabytes or more, the WinRunner setup may falsely warn that you have insufficient disk space for the installation.
Workaround: Confirm the warning message and continue the installation. Setup will continue properly.
